This year's Coil Winding Insulation Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition is almost upon us where Miles-Platts will once again be exhibiting. Miles-Platts will be displaying to its guests our most popular ranges and tooling abilities.
One of our most popular product ranges are the ETD Ferrite core coil formers. We sell hundreds of thousands of ETD bobbins in vertical, horizontal and multi-chamber versions. Sizes include ETD 29, 34, 39, 44, 49, 54, 59 these are available in either the horizontal or vertical formats with custom pinning and configuration. The ETD range are standard items that we carry in stock and can normally be despatched on the same day if required.
This bobbin could become a reality for just €4380 investment. Manufactured on site utilising our modular tooling system, we can provide high precision, fully hardened tools at competitive prices in short lead times. Our design staff can offer assistance in designing the bobbin for you and can incorporate over 35 years of bobbin manufacturing experience in adding features such as terminals or lead in slots for optimum ease of winding. Technical advice on the correct moulding material can be given.
